Thanks to integrated Z-height adjustment of 90 mm and an optional 450 mm column, the system can be flexibly adapted to large or tall components.

The integrated wide-range touch probe system offers a generous measuring range of up to 32 mm with an impressive resolution of up to 15 nm. This makes the device ideal for the precise measurement of contours, surface roughness and shape features.
