Ash Inspex II (obsolete)

INSPEX II is an integrated digital microscope system for inspection and basic measurement, ideal for production and quality control environments. It offers fast live image display in Full HD (1080p) resolution with  60fps. Intuitive software interface simplifies operation and control of the system. Image enhancement functions and contrast ensure optimal image results. Easy to use illumination optimisation features make controlling the integrated segmented LED ring light effortless.

Inspex II Features: The following features have now been added to the Inspex II system as part of the standard suite of features available.

Image Stacking new included: View a sample with different layers all in focus at the same time. The Inspex II automatically captures several images from 2 to 12 at different focal depths and creates an image based on the sharpest regions from each of these separate captures.

Networking new included: Networking enables direct saving to the server or cloud for increased workflow efficiency.

AshCal™ Calibration Tracking:  AshCal™ technology tracks and adjusts to zoom changes. No need for time-consuming zoom change re-calibrations. The INSPEX II continually maintains calibration, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Presets: On-Screen Preset Buttons allow quick access to pre-configured part-specific systems settings. This enables simple operation.

2-D Line Measurement: 2D point-to-point line measurements and annotations can be captured on images for quick referencing. On-screen overlays enable the go/no-go rapid inspection of samples. Rapidly check parts against customized overlays with tolerance limits.

User Access Control: User Privileges offer control of system-related operations to ensure standardized inspection. This will ensure operators only have access to the presets and system settings required for their process, removing operational error.

Auto Focus included: The INSPEX II is complete with interchangeable illumination options and a one-click autofocus on-screen indicator.

Image Capture: Image Stamping with time, date, user and magnification level for traceability throughout your inspection process. Easy documentation & traceability for accurate quality control records using image capture to USB key. Simply plug your USB key into the Inspex II USB port.
