The Talysurf® i-Series PRO devices enable precise measurement of surface structure and contour in a single measurement pass. Thanks to their quiet operation and high measurement resolution, they reliably capture measurement points and offer maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications with a variety of available measurement ranges.

The Talysurf® i-Series PRO combines surface and contour measurement with a sophisticated, world-leading inductive sensing system. This is available in measuring ranges of 1, 2 and 5 mm. The 1 mm version offers a resolution of 1 nm and is a cost-effective solution for precise measurements of surface texture and shape. The 5 mm version, on the other hand, offers greater flexibility with a resolution of 5 nm – ideal for complex components where both surface, shape and contour need to be analysed.
