Talysurf® LASER – High-resolution measuring system for surface texture, shape and contour with extended measuring range

The Talysurf® LASER combines a large vertical measuring range with high resolution and offers a powerful solution for analysing surface texture, contours and enclosed angles. Measurements can be performed in both forward and reverse directions with identical precision and speed – a significant advantage for complex and symmetrical component geometries.

This technology was specially developed to meet the increasing demands of manufacturers in the bearing, injection moulding and precision engineering industries. The system enables highly accurate measurement and evaluation of angles, radii and complex contour profiles and is particularly suitable for components with strict geometric tolerances.

By using a laser-based sensor system, the Talysurf® LASER delivers improved measurement performance with high repeatability and minimal measurement noise – even on challenging surface structures.
