Precision concentricity control device developed in-house for checking the concentricity of micro gears, pignons, wheels and axles.

The solid base plate and the vice structure are milled from a single piece. The vice blades with recessed M2 threaded bushes are now made of white ceramic Zro2.

Replacement of the ceramic blades/jaws with 2 pairs of ‘V’ shaped incisions (1x 90° and 1x 10°+50°) can therefore be realised very easily and in the shortest possible time (all ceramic jaws are paired to +/-1/100mm). Special jaws are also available at an extra charge.

The built-in backlash-free Schneeberger guides further contribute to the long service life and high precision of the control unit.

The micro drive is adjustable via hardened guides in the Z and X axes. The entire string guide, including the micromotor with micro gearbox, can be swivelled through 90°. All threads are fitted with steel bushes.

The speed can be infinitely adjusted using the motor control. The direction of rotation can be changed by swapping the plug connections.
