The brightness of the KL 2500 LED is comparable to that of a 250 watt halogen cold light source. It combines all the advantages of an LED light source (no lamp replacement, low operating costs, white light) with those of fibre-optic illumination (higher light intensity can be focused on a smaller field of view, many different illumination techniques).
