The Talyrond® 565/585 XL PRO features a frictionless air-bearing spindle and an adjustable column, making it the ideal system for measuring large workpieces up to one meter in diameter, including non-rotationally symmetric components.

This roundness measurement system offers advanced functions such as fully automatic centering and leveling, as well as an automated calibration routine for the measuring arm. These features significantly reduce setup and measurement times, increasing throughput.

The adjustable column accommodates larger-diameter bearings, enabling measurements of roundness and flatness beyond the capabilities of conventional systems. The fully automatic arm adjustment and steering mechanism of the Talyrond® 565/585 XL PRO also handles highly complex parts with ease.
