Talyrond® 595H PRO – Ultra-high-precision measuring system for the most demanding requirements

The Talyrond® 595H PRO is a state-of-the-art measuring system for the precise measurement of roundness, cylindricity and straightness – designed for applications where maximum accuracy is required.

All of the system's travel axes are manufactured to extremely tight manufacturing tolerances and are additionally optimised by software-supported correction procedures. This enables a level of measurement accuracy that is unmatched to date – especially for high-precision roundness and straightness measurements.

The automatic centring and levelling table is equipped with high-resolution glass scales. These ensure precise and stable alignment during rotation in accordance with the specified target values.

A motorised swivel mechanism of the probe arm package and the automatic probe system orientation of the Talymin 6 allow flexible measurement of a wide variety of test features – without probe changes and with minimal operating effort.

To minimise external influences, the Talyrond® 595H PRO is equipped with dynamic vibration damping and a protective enclosure. This creates ideal measuring conditions in the nanometre range – even in demanding laboratory environments.
