Surface, contour and waviness measurement system Talysurf® PRO

The Talysurf® PRO is a precise, cost-effective measuring system for analysing surface roughness, contour and waviness. Equipped with a high-resolution inductive probe system (1 nm resolution at 1 mm measuring range), the device delivers accurate measurement results with low noise levels – ideal for quality-critical applications in research, development and production.

The system is suitable for both flat and curved surfaces and enables fast, reproducible measurements with high data density. Automated calibration of the arc movement significantly simplifies and speeds up the calibration process, reducing operating effort while increasing accuracy.

The combination of high vertical resolution, compact measuring range and optimised signal processing makes the Talysurf® PRO particularly suitable for the detailed examination of functional surfaces, sealing surfaces, bearing elements and other precision mechanical components where roughness, waviness and contour must be accurately measured and evaluated.
