Course topics Theory:
Ergonomic working with the dental microscope
The microscope in dentistry. Comparison of the work between the microscope, the dental loupe and
normal vision. Use of the microscope for diagnosis. Endodontic,
restorative and prosthetic treatments.

Practical course topics:
Use of the microscope in dentistry. The positioning of the microscope in different quadrants of the
quadrants of the mouth. Appropriate magnification in special cases. Focussing and
localisation of the surgical field. Creating videos and photos with the microscope.

Course material:
The course material is provided. Each participant will be provided with a state-of-the-art Ryeco dental
stereo microscope is available for each participant.

Number of participants:
7 dentists, each with their own microscope and consumables for practice and immediate implementation.

Starting time:
The course starts at 9.00 a.m. (coffee is available from 8.30 a.m.) and ends at 5.00 p.m. with the presentation of the diploma.
