Talyrond® 585H PRO – Fully automatic system for form and position tolerance measurements

The Talyrond® 585H PRO is a fully automatic measuring system for precise measurement of roundness, cylindricity and straightness. With six available configurations, it can be optimally adapted to a wide range of applications. Modern, high-precision electronics control all axes quickly and accurately – for maximum productivity with minimum measurement uncertainty.

Thanks to Taylor Hobson's patented arm orientation, full automation is possible even in complex measurement situations, making the 585H PRO one of the most flexible and powerful systems in its class.

In the RSU version, a ceramic radial arm enables particularly precise straightness and cylindricity measurements. The ceramic material used ensures exceptional rigidity and guarantees constant alignment between the arm and spindle axis throughout the entire measurement process.

With outstanding positioning accuracy of the arm and column as well as increased travel speeds, the Talyrond® 585H PRO delivers top performance – especially when repeatability, reproducibility and short cycle times are crucial.
