Sharp: thanks to world-leading imaging
The 4K camera built into ToolLense is the world's best camera on the market and conjures up the sharpest images on the monitor. With the 300x optical zoom, you can inspect cutting tools from a diameter of 0.8 mm. An optional lens with 700x magnification is available for micro tools, allowing cutting tools in the micro range from a diameter of 0.05 mm to be measured.

Sharp: thanks to innovative & optimised lighting
Light is the most important factor in achieving the best image quality. Precise edge detection is only possible with sharp edges and perfect illumination. That is why ToolLense places the greatest possible emphasis on innovative and perfect lighting. Toollense offers automatic backlighting, which adjusts the brightness completely independently when the zoom factor is changed. The frontal ring light is divided into 4 areas of 90 degrees each. These 90 degree areas can be switched on and off individually. The front ring light can be moved lengthways and adjusted to the optimum position. There is also a freehand light - should there be a lack of light for your cutting tool.
All 3 lights are infinitely adjustable manually.

Alternatively, ToolLense also offers the option of carrying out measurements in the 0.001 mm range with its innovative and highly precise edge detection. Angles, lengths, diameters, widths etc. on cutting tools such as milling cutters or drills can be measured quickly and easily.
